Jabari Anderson wins Marine Corps best high school football player competition

The Marine Corps Recruiting Station (RS) Dallas is proud to announce that junior running back Jabari Anderson is the Marine Corps Elite Warrior of the Week as the best high school football player in RS Dallas’ recruiting territory!

 Anderson ran for 178 yards with four touchdowns to lead Wylie East to a 52-21 win over Trophy Club Byron Nelson.

 As a weekly winner, Anderson is now a finalist for the Marine Corps Elite Warrior of the Year.

Hey guys my name is Laine, I am the Wylie East sports editor. I write for Neighborsgo, The Wylie News, Blueprint, and the student newspaper, The Raider Reader. I have always loved sports; my favorite teams are the Rangers, LSU tigers, Dallas Cowboys, and Dallas Mavericks. I have attended sporting events my entire life such as Rangers, Cowboys, and Mavericks games. I played baseball since I was little and I was center in football from seventh to ninth grade. I have a huge passion for sports, I am constantly watching ESPN and I keep up with just about all of the history of all Sports and all teams. I hope to become a professional sports writer someday and maybe If i'm luck work for ESPN.
