Traffic jam

With a grant from the district issued to the school, construction has taken place in the front and back areas of campus to expand parking lots and improve traffic flow.  However, construction is expected to be completed in 18 months, resulting in the relocation of parking spaces, drop offs, bus loops and entrances. Because of this, after school traffic is currently slower, resulting in lines that take over half an hour to clear, leaving parents and students unhappy. Students have said with the few exits they have access to, it makes leaving chaotic and dangerous. As of now, four accidents involving students have been reported as a result of the after school traffic. The construction plans to go into the next school year, but many students are wondering if they will be able to handle it for the next two terms.
