Dorms. Studying. Homework. All things that students will pursue in college.

“I attended Texas A&M University,” math Teacher Katie Fox said.

She really enjoyed college. She liked to learn new things, she liked to study and she liked to take notes.

“I studied applied mathematics with an emphasis in statistics,” Fox said.

She graduated college in May of 2012.

“The best part of college was student bonfire because I got to go cut down trees every week for the upcoming bonfires. I was a ‘green pot’ which is the highest position a girl could go. The ‘green pots’ were in charge of all of the paperwork,” Fox said.

Her freshman year she lived on campus.

“My sophomore through senior year I lived off campus” Fox said. I highly suggest living on campus your freshman year because it’s a lot easier to get involved in clubs and organizations, and it’s easier to keep yourself motivated to go to class because it’s in walking distance.”

She advises students to get involved and enjoy every possible thing they can in college, use time wisely, don’t get too stressed out and study as often as you can.
