District Highlights

Varsity played against Denison Yellow Jackets on their senior night Oct. 29. The pregame had seniors from all the participating organizations such as football, Sapphires, band members, cheerleaders, trainers and JROTC members. Varsity took the lead in the beginning of the game and carried that lead through the game ending 63-42. Winning at district means varsity will advance to playoffs and their next game will be at 5:30 at AT&T Stadium vs. Centennial or The Colony if Wylie East is top seed in Division I. Wylie East will only be top seed if Denison, McKinney North and Lovejoy do not emerge with victories.
