Prom planning pays off

Prom planning pays off

Amongst all the dresses and suits, something special happened the night of May 7. Pictures were snapped and memories were made as the first prom that Raiders have ever had took place in the ballroom of Southfork Ranch.

The Junior class and their dates began arriving at 8, and immediately flocked to the chocolate fountain directly inside the doors. The Night in the City became a night to never forget when. the Deejay cranked up the music and a night of dancing ensued.

Every single student who bought a ticket attended the dance and it showed on the crowed dance floor.

If they weren’t dancing, students were making use of the photo-booth and costume chest. Tuxes and top hats, ball gowns and boas, no matter what the combination was, the promise of a free picture strip prize kept prom go-ers coming back for more.
