What school district did you come from?

I taught at Lubbock ISD.

 

How long have you been teaching?

I’ve been teaching three years.

 

What was the most exciting thing you’ve experienced so far this year?

My Academic Decathlon teams are going to state.

 

Who inspired you to teach?

I had a lot of bad teachers who motivated me to be a way better teacher.

 

What is your goal by the end of the year?

I want to grow as a professional teacher, to really impact the lives of my students.

I have a cat named Penny and I would ask her: What do really you think of me?; Do you want to live somewhere else?; Do you know Jesus Christ?
