Math teacher Pauline Cheng won the 2011-2012 Teacher of the Year award. She was surprised by Mr. Williams and Dr. Edge at a luncheon Friday.
“They told me we were going to a curriculum meeting,” Cheng said.
Teachers nominate teachers on their campus for this prestigious award. Cheng will now go on to compete for secondary teacher of the year.
“I am so excited for her. We took her out and celebrated,” teacher Casi Thedford said.
