The 2019 homecoming festivities came to a close Saturday night at 10 p.m. when the lights in the cafeteria came on to signify the end of the dance, hosted by the Sapphires. It began on Fair Day, Oct. 14 with the parade in downtown Wylie, followed throughout the week by spirit days, hallway decorations, a PSAT, a couple of pep rallies and of course, a football game. Lights, Camera, Raiders! was full of bells and whistles, literally. From gigantic, solid white senior homecoming mums to finger mums gifted by friends, the celebrations took place each day of the week.
