A hail of a tale: Haleigh’s story

The hail storm that hit Wylie destroyed homes, cars and businesses April 11. It caused damage to students’ cars, making them unable to drive to school.

Due to the hail storm, senior Haleigh King’s outside furniture was demolished. Her glass patio table was shattered after softball-sized hail hit the backyard. There was also damage to her roof, as well as windows shattered and water in her home.
