The board of trustees has announced the lone finalist for Wylie ISD as Dr. David Vinson as Dr. Fuller’s  predecesor.  Vinson has been the superintendent for six years in Floresville ISD in the San Antonio area. Dr. Vinson was born in Dalhart, Texas. He has a wife and two children. He  graduated form Texas Tech with three degrees: Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Education, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Curriculum and Instruction.
