Health science class holds health fair
Health science class is holding a health fair Saturday April 12 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Wylie High School. The fair is a public event for anyone to attend.
The event is meant to focus on health and the purpose is to improve the health of the people throughout the community.
“I worked with my advisor for the idea of the fair and the inspiration is that we wanted to benefit the community and improve the health of the community,” Health Science teacher Ronda Sisak said.
This is the first ever health fair hosted by the health science class.
“I’m hoping to have a large turn out,” Sisak said. “We sent out over 6,000 flyers.”
