Mrs. Kristy Raymond teaches AP English and Pre-AP English to juniors in room 220.

What school district did you come from?

I taught at Dallas Christian for three years before coming here.

How long have you been teaching?

This is my fifth year of teaching English.

What was the most exciting thing you’ve experienced so far this year?

The first pep rally was fun! I love the drumline.

Who inspired you to teach?

My kindergarten teacher was also my senior year English teacher, and she was awesome. She’s the main reason why I became a teacher, because I wanted to impact my students’ lives the way she impacted mine.

What is your goal by the end of the year?

Build relationships with my students.
