Nobody wants to know your life story

Teens are posting too much information on Facebook.

High school students are constantly online, whether it is on their phone or on an actual computer, students constantly post to their Facebook.  When something is posted on Facebook that is not exactly what you want to see you constantly blame Facebook when in actuality it is all your fault.

When you are on the World Wide Web that implies that nothing is private, apparently this is a difficult concept to grasp.  Nothing is hidden and there is always a way to find out things you want to know.  Teenagers post anything and everything on Facebook expecting nobody will see it.  When they know that everyone and anyone gets on Facebook and “creeps”.

What is the point in high school drama in the first place?  You wouldn’t have to worry about all your drama on Facebook, if you didn’t get yourself into drama in the first place.  Part of the problem is the fact that people don’t know how to stay out of other people’s business.  If teenagers minded their own business they wouldn’t have to worry about things being said online.

Once it backfires in their face, they blame Facebook.  Facebook did not do anything wrong and did not make you type what you did.  Teens complain about the drama that is caused on Facebook and how they wish it was never created.  Here is a simple and one of the most common sense solutions: don’t post your life story on Facebook!
