Interested in dual credit but not sure if it is right for you?

The counselors are hosting a meeting that will help answer that question and many more. Wylie East and Collin College partner up to offer classes where students can receive both high school and college credit hours.

“Dual credit is a wonderful opportunity for you to get college credit in high school,” Counselor Amy Andrews said.

Any student interested in registering for dual credit must come to the auditorium at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 26. It’s highly recommended that parents/guardians also attend the meeting.

“This meeting is VERY important because we will walk you through the process in its entirety,” Andrews said. “If dual credit is something you are considering PLEASE make plans to come to the informational meeting.”
