Red Ribbon week wear announced

The week of Oct. 27 kicks off Red Ribbon Week. Each day of the week is assigned a theme to promote drug awareness.

Monday: Love yourself, don’t do drugs. Make Monday red by wearing all red clothes. Everything goes except Nike running shorts, sleeveless shirts, shorts that are three inches above the knee, leggings that are not worn with appropriate length shorts, ripped jeans, flip flops and yoga pants.

Tuesday: Crazy Sock Day. Wear standardized dress with some super crazy socks.

Wednesday: Outsmart drugs. It’s the battle of nerds versus preps. Dress like a nerd but avoid sleeveless and see-through shirts, shorts that are three inches above the knee, dresses that are three inches above the knee, ripped jeans and yoga pants. Suggested attire includes suspenders, high socks, glasses, pocket protectors and cardigans

Thursday: Educate yourself against drugs. This is a normal Think College Thursday where all the normal rules apply, except you are allowed to wear jeans on this Thursday.

Friday: #Raidersaredrugfree. Wear Raider spirit wear. Do not get caught with sleeveless or see-through shirts, shorts or dresses three inches above the knee, ripped jeans and yoga pants. You may wear jeans on this day too!
